Two South Coast rivals meet at the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth take on Brighton & Hove Albion in a Premier League clash.

Bournemouth's recent trip to Brentford delivered a thrilling 3-2 encounter, but the Cherries fell short despite goals from Evanilson and Justin Kluivert, as Yoane Wissa’s late strike sealed it for the Bees.  

While their away form struggles—just one point from four games—Bournemouth have thrived at home with wins over Southampton, Arsenal, and Manchester City. A fourth consecutive Vitality Stadium victory would be a first for the Cherries in the Premier League, though their only clean sheet this season came in their 2-0 win against Arsenal.  

Brighton, fresh off a morale-boosting 2-1 win over Manchester City, remain lethal on the road, scoring in every away game this season. Fabian Hurzeler’s side sits sixth, level on points with fourth place but behind on goal difference.  

However, the Seagulls will recall their 3-0 defeat at the Vitality in April, which ended their three-game winning streak against Bournemouth and marked a fourth loss in five visits to this ground.
